MATERIALS
* Printable Rainbow template
* Scissors
* Glue
* Lollipop Stick
HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE CUPCAKE TOPPERS
1. Download and print the rainbow template.2. Cut out flags.
3. Add your own personal message on each on flag.
4. Attach flag, wrapping it around a lollipop stick and gluing together.
5. Place them on Gorgeous Rainbow Coloured Cupcakes!
